Works OK until I got to the “braise” stage. The way I understand braising, it’s slow cooking partially submerged in liquid. The teriyaki barely covered the bottom of the pan, even partially isn’t the right word for that. Thinned with some water. Came out good, but a bit salty and not sweet enough. I’d go 2tbsp salt in the rub, low sodium soy and a half a cup of brown sugar in the sauce, plus two cups of water. The water will boil off, helping glaze the belly.
