Sure! It might take an hour or so longer as pork is fattier and takes longer to cook!

Can’t wait to try. Would this also work with pork?

Derek I get so freaking hungry every time i come on your web site. I’m cooking this one this weekend. All your recipes you make on here look totally amazing. So far I have a Oklahoma Joe offset smoker. I also have a Breeo fire pit. I’ve been smoking meats for about 40 years at home, but your recipes have inspired me to next level mouth watering goodness. Watching your open fire cooking is what inspired me to get a Breeo. Just wanna say thank you for being my muse of inspiration.

I would just use a rub that you feel she likes and works on beef. Otherwise, keep it the same!

I can’t wait to make this!! Do you think it’ll be okay for my spice-adverse daughter or should I alter the recipe in any way?

Turned out amazing! Cooked on Large BGE. Tossed a halved onion in the coals for the smoke annd added a chopped jalapeno in with the onions for the second half of the cook. Pulled like butter and tasted delicious! Great recipe.
