I normally do not use skin on chicken thighs for this! As for no grill, I would bake them in a roasting skillet! 350F for 40 minutes should do the trick but I havent done this more than once do it could be more time (maybe 60-90 mins…)

Omg…I can’t get my skewers thru my frozen squares! I cut them and bagged them but couldn’t get to them for a few days. Ugh! Now I must wait for the thaw.
