OMG, these are absolutely delicious… I can honestly say one of the best recipes I’ve ever come across. If you haven’t tried these, you are missing out. Make them and make extra because you’ll eat them all!!!!

I was looking for another Asian fried rib option and this caught my eye. The smoking aspect seemed like a cool twist.
We loved the flavor, sweet hot is a winner for my wife and I, however she loves them fall of the bone (I normally braise them first) whereas I like them with chew or fall of the bone. We’ll make them again, but next time I’m going to put them in the pressure cooker for 20-25 minutes first, then smoke and fry. One more step but I think it’ll satisfy both gal and I. Oh and I subscribed Aji amarijjo paste for the sambal

The oven will be at the same temperature as the smoker. It will work exactly the same in the oven it just wont have the smoke flavor.
